Discover Cabernario, a cabernet sauvignon produced from ungrafted vines planted in 1964 in our Maipo Estate. Cabernario is named after the spanish term for primitive Caveman.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a plot of land so old and pure, we felt it represented a time when caveman roamed the world. Experience our natural primitive essence through flavors that are rough yet elegant, luscious, with strong tones of dark berries and cassis, a wild fruitiness that won’t overwhelm, like a wet morning in the woods. Discover our medium tannins, balanced acidity, and a fairly long, oak finish. Connect your senses with your primal self in every glass.

The age of the vines, their ungrafted essence and unique conditions of the land require minimal winemaking intervention to deliver an elegant and bold Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is made on the vine; not in the cellar.

Discover how some connect and transform the most noble materials through their primal self.
